Trade CFDs on forex, shares, indices, metals and commodities with Weltrade from Malaysia.

CFD trading with Weltrade at a glance
- A CFD (contract for difference) settles the price difference of an asset between opening and closing your position, so you trade the price move without owning the underlying share, metal or index.
- Trade both directions: open a buy (long) if you expect the price to rise, or a sell (short) if you expect it to fall — something you cannot do by simply holding the asset.
- Weltrade covers 100+ CFD instruments across six markets: Forex (37 pairs), Metals (gold, silver), Commodities/Energies, Indices, Stocks and 15 cryptocurrencies — all inside MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5.
- Leverage of up to 1:1000 means a small deposit controls a larger position, which magnifies both potential profit and potential loss in equal measure.
- Spreads start from 0.5 pips on EUR/USD and 0.2 on Gold (Pro account), with $0 commission on every account and an optional swap-free setting.
- CFDs are complex leveraged products carrying a high risk of losing money quickly — practise on a free unlimited demo first, then start with a live account from $25 (Premium/Pro) or from $1 on Cent.

Which account suits your CFD trading
| Account | Min. deposit | Spread from | Platforms | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Cent | $1 | 1.8 pips | MT4 only | Smallest-size practice on a live account |
| Premium | $25 | 1.5 pips | MT4 / MT5 | Standard all-round CFD trading |
| Pro | $25 | 0.5 pips | MT4 / MT5 | Tightest spreads for active traders |

Example of a long CFD trade, step by step
| Step | What you do | What happens |
|---|---|---|
| 1. Pick a market | Open e.g. EUR/USD in MT4 or MT5 | The chart and live buy/sell price appear |
| 2. Choose direction | Buy (long) if you expect a rise | Position opens at the current ask price |
| 3. Set your size | Enter lot size; leverage up to 1:1000 sets margin | A small deposit controls a larger position |
| 4. Protect the trade | Attach Stop Loss and Take Profit | The platform closes automatically at your levels |
| 5. Close the position | Sell to close, or let SL/TP trigger | Profit or loss = price difference × size, minus spread |
Because leverage magnifies both sides, a Stop Loss on every trade is a core risk-management habit. Practise the full flow on a free unlimited demo before risking real money.
