The Weltrade login — also searched as “well trade login”, “welltrade login” or “wel trade login” — is the same secure client area for traders in Malaysia.

  1. Go to the Weltrade client area and click Log In.
  2. Enter your registered email and password.
  3. Complete 2-factor authentication if enabled (about 10 seconds).
  4. Open MetaTrader 4 using your trading account number and trade up to 1:1000 leverage.

Security & password reset

If you forget your password, reset it in 1 step; enable 2-factor authentication and your session times out after 15 minutes of inactivity for security.

Where you log inWhat you enterWhat it lets you do
My Weltrade client area (web)Registered email + password (+ 2FA code if enabled)Fund the account, verify ID, download MT4/MT5, view server name, reset terminal password
Weltrade mobile app (iOS/Android)Same email + password as the client areaManage the account on the phone using the same login

Common mix-up: the terminal will not accept your email. It needs the account number and server name, both of which you find inside the client area after logging in.

Log in step by step (client area)

StepWhat to do
1Open the My Weltrade client area login page
2Enter your registered email address
3Enter your account password
4If 2FA is enabled, type the one-time code from your authenticator
5You land on the dashboard; from here deposit, download MT4/MT5, or open the terminal server details

After 15 minutes of inactivity the session times out and you log in again — this protects an unattended browser tab.

Frequently asked questions

How do I log in to Weltrade?
Open the Weltrade client area, enter your email and password, and complete 2-factor authentication if enabled.
I forgot my password — what now?
Use the password-reset link in the client area to set a new one in 1 step.
Is the login secure?
Yes — enable 2-factor authentication; sessions time out automatically and you can reset your password any time.
What is the Weltrade login page?
The Weltrade login is the client area (My Weltrade) where you sign in with your registered email and password to deposit from a $25 minimum, withdraw, and download MetaTrader 4 or MetaTrader 5.
Can I use the Weltrade login on mobile?
Yes. The Weltrade login works in any mobile browser and in the Weltrade app, using the same email, password and 2-factor authentication as on desktop.
Is “well trade login” the same as the Weltrade login?
Yes. “Well trade login”, “welltrade login” and “wel trade login” are common spellings for the Weltrade login — the same client area where you sign in with your email, password and 2-factor authentication to access MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5.
Why won't MetaTrader accept my email and password?
Because the terminal does not use your email at all. MT4 and MT5 ask for three things: your trading account NUMBER (not the email), the terminal password, and the Weltrade server name. All three appear in the client area once you log in there. Copy the account number and server name exactly, and make sure you are using the terminal password rather than your client-area password.
Can I log in on mobile?
Yes. The Weltrade mobile app for iOS and Android uses the same email and password as the browser client area, so there is nothing new to create. You can also open the browser client area on your phone, and MetaTrader 4/MetaTrader 5 have their own iOS and Android apps if you want to trade from the terminal on mobile.
How secure is the login and why did it log me out?
You can enable two-factor authentication for an extra code on top of your password, and the session times out after 15 minutes of inactivity — that automatic logout is expected and keeps an unattended tab from staying open. If you were logged out, simply sign in again; if you suspect a problem, use the one-step reset to change your password. Trading always carries risk: CFDs are complex instruments and you can lose money due to leverage.
